Carol Bolling has advised us that our TVARC member, Glenn Cook's wife passed away on Saturday, February 27th at 11:30am at Monroe Hospital. I know all of wish to keep him and his family in our thoughts and prayers.

The
first meeting of the Villages Radio Club occurred in January 1996 with 25 attendees. The first meeting of the Club was in
February 1996. The Officers of the Club elected at that time were:

Richard Boehm, President
-- Dan Diya, Vice President
-- George McCutcheon, Secretary/Treasurer.
Our club has grown to 105 Active Members and is still growing.
The club meets the third Tuesday monthly in the Intrepid Room of the Lake Miona Recreation Center at 1900 local time. The Lake Miona Recreation Center is located at 1526 Buena Vista Blvd. at the intersection of Bailey Trail, Odell Circle and Buena Vista Blvd.
Board meetings are held the 1st Tuesday 1000 local at The Veranda. Open
to all.
